You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Shipping fees are non-refundable

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
